On-Site Property Manager

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and service-oriented Part-Time Onsite Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our property. This role is ideal for someone who is observant, proactive, and comfortable working independently. The On-site Manager plays a key role in maintaining the property’s cleanliness and curb appeal, supporting tenant relations, and coordinating maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage property keys in accordance with company policies
• Provide access to authorized vendors, maintenance technicians, and contractors as needed
• Post notices and communications as directed by management
• Conduct routine property walks to monitor overall condition and report any visible issues
• Perform light cleaning and general upkeep to maintain the property's appearance
• Identify and report maintenance concerns promptly
• Monitor and assist in facilitating work orders to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate onsite access for scheduled maintenance and vendor services
• Show vacant units to prospective tenants as directed by management
• Serve as the primary onsite contact for residents, fostering positive tenant relations
• Assist with tenant communication and escalate concerns to the Property Manager when necessary
• Promote a respectful, safe, and community-focused living environment

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Basic understanding of property maintenance is a plus
• Previous property management or customer service experience preferred

Schedule:
Part-time (hours may vary based on property needs)

Compensation:
This position offers compensation in the form of a lodging credit. The manager is expected to work no more than 56 hours per month. Should the manager be required to work in excess of 56 hours in any given month, such additional hours must be approved in advance by a supervisor and will be compensated at the hourly rate of $16.90.

Pay: $16.90 per hour
