Staffing Recruiter (On-Site)
Pay: Starting at $22/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staffing Recruiter to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions
• Post job ads and manage applicant flow through job boards and internal systems
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire paperwork
• Maintain communication with candidates and clients
• Ensure all positions are filled in a timely manner
• Track and update candidate information in the system

Requirements:

• Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with job platforms
