On-Site Residential Project Manager

We are looking for an organized, resourceful, and motivated Residential Project Manager to join our growing team. This position will oversee residential construction projects from start to finish while ensuring quality workmanship, communication, scheduling, and efficiency throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee residential projects from start to completion
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, in-house crews, vendors, and jobsite clean-up
• Read project plans and create material lists
• Pre-order framing, decking, and other project materials
• Maintain strong communication with homeowners, crews, and vendors
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet company standards
• Overseeing quality control and workmanship
• Work alongside crews when necessary
• Schedule and coordinate county inspections throughout all phases of construction
• Ensure all work is completed according to local building codes before inspections

Qualifications:

• Organized and detail-oriented
• Honest, dependable, and leadership skills
• Strong time management skills
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to pull trailers preferred

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
