On-Site Senior English Instructor

4Level1 specializes in delivering English Language Programs tailored to adults and young adults, designed in alignment with international CEFR standards. Our curriculum emphasizes developing practical communication skills and fostering confidence for academic, professional, and social success. We offer both online and face-to-face classes, engaging students across the Middle East remotely and on-site in Riyadh. This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior English Instructor based in Riyadh. The Senior English Instructor will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English language instruction to students. Tasks include lesson planning, conducting classes, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to support their language development. Emphasis will be placed on helping students achieve their academic, professional, and personal communication goals through practical and interactive methodologies.

• Expertise in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Teaching methodologies
• Academic knowledge and experience in the field of Education
• Proficiency in Writing and effective communication skills
• Strong classroom management and lesson planning abilities
• Experience with CEFR standards and ESL curriculum design is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field; a certified TEFL/TESOL qualification is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate students in a classroom setting
