On-Staff Cleaning Associate

Ravisloe Country Club is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Associate to join our on-site team. As a premier golf course and wedding venue, we take pride in maintaining a pristine and welcoming environment for our guests and event attendees. This role is essential in ensuring our facilities consistently meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain all clubhouse areas, including restrooms, dining spaces, and event areas
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust surfaces throughout the facility
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, paper goods, and toiletries
• Maintain cleanliness standards both indoors and in select outdoor areas
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (especially during events)
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–50 lbs
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
