Average $200 per day (based on scheduled service assignments)

Additional compensation available for extended duty or special assignments.

Schedule:

Thursday–Sunday assigned routes. Overnight travel may occasionally be required.

About This Role

Aviator Charters is a new intercity bus travel company revitalizing the customer experience on the ground.

We’re bringing a jet-inspired level of comfort, service, and professionalism to regional motorcoach travel.

Our Onboard Service Attendants are the cornerstone of that mission. Similar to airline crew, you’ll travel regularly between cities, ensuring every passenger feels safe, valued, and cared for from boarding to arrival. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive on movement, enjoy meeting new people, and want to be part of a growing company changing how America travels.

This role involves frequent travel and occasional overnight stays.Attendants are scheduled for specific routes each week and may be reassigned as new destinations launch.We welcome applicants from any U.S. location who are excited to join our growing, travel-driven team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Passenger Safety: Assist with pre-departure safety briefings, emergency procedures, and compliance with all company and DOT safety policies. Maintain situational awareness during every trip to ensure passenger well-being.
  • Customer Experience: Serve snacks and beverages, offer friendly and proactive assistance, and resolve passenger concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Service Excellence: Create a welcoming, upscale atmosphere onboard by maintaining cabin cleanliness, organization, and a calm professional demeanor.
  • Operational Support: Coordinate with the driver and dispatch team to keep trips on schedule and communicate any passenger needs or service issues.
  • Brand Representation: Uphold Aviator Charters’ standards of appearance, courtesy, and hospitality—every interaction should reflect a first-class travel experience.

Qualifications

  • Outstanding customer-service and communication skills
  • Prior hospitality, travel, or airline experience preferred
  • Must be 21 years or older with valid government-issued photo ID
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Comfortable with frequent travel, overnight stays, and dynamic schedules
