Onboarding Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Setup: Conduct 1-on-1 Google Meet sessions to help Astrologers set up their profiles and preferences.
• Product Training: Guide users through their first 3 AI-generated drafts, ensuring they understand how to edit and share reports.
• User Success: Identify "stuck" users and proactively reach out to resolve technical or logical blockers.
• Feedback Loop: Document specific feature requests from Pandits and report them directly to the product team.
• Retention: Ensure users realize the ROI (time saved) within their first week of usage.

Requirements (Must Have)

• Experience: 1–3 years in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Implementation for a SaaS, EdTech, or Digital platform.
• Language: Fluent and respectful Hindi is mandatory. You must be comfortable talking to senior Vedic scholars.
• Tech-Savvy: Expert at Google Meet, screen-sharing, and troubleshooting basic browser/mobile issues.
• Empathy + Logic: The ability to listen to a non-tech user's frustration and translate it into a simple technical solution.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹28,402.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
