Key Responsibilities:

Guide new merchants and customers through the full onboarding journey, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and on time.

Conduct KYC/KYB checks, verify identities, review business documents, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Perform data validation, sanction screening, and risk checks using internal and external compliance tools.

Work closely with AML, Compliance, and Risk teams to resolve discrepancies and review flagged applications.

Communicate clearly with customers to explain onboarding requirements and collect any missing information.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data across CRM and onboarding systems.

Identify onboarding bottlenecks and collaborate with Product and Operations teams to improve processes.

Ensure merchant accounts are activated quickly and meet all fintech and e-commerce compliance standards.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

1+ year of experience in onboarding, account management, or technical support.

Fluent in both Arabic and English.

Highly organized with a customer-first mindset.

Strong collaboration skills across multiple teams.

Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or e-commerce.
