A glimpse of your typical workday

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires across multiple entities within the group
  • Handle bulk and high-volume onboarding for frontline and corporate roles across various locations
  • Coordinate pre-joining documentation, offer letters, contracts, background checks, medicals, and visa processes
  • Ensure timely joining of candidates in line with agreed SLAs and business requirements
  • Maintain accurate onboarding trackers and joining status reports for large volumes
  • Coordinate with Recruitment, PRO/Visa teams, Payroll, IT, Admin to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new joiners and address onboarding-related queries
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance in HRMS and HR systems
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, internal HR policies, and group standards
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready employee files and records
  • Run onboarding orientations and induction sessions
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to standardize onboarding across group companies
  • Deliver a positive and consistent onboarding experience aligned with the company’s culture and values

What makes you stand out

  • 3–6 years of experience in HR onboarding, preferably within a group of companies
  • Strong experience in bulk or mass onboarding and high-volume hiring environments
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS and ATS platforms
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines effectively
