Responsibilities

Reviewing individual and corporate merchant applications and related documents

Checking whether customers comply with the Central Bank, MASAK and iyzico criteria

Following new merchant procedures from the application phase
-
Ensuring the completion of the process of new merchants in accordance with iyzico standards

Sending business contracts to new merchants
-
Finding solutions to new merchants’ questions and problems via phone and e-mail
Qualifications
-
Bachelor or associate degree in the related discipline of the economic and administrative sciences or equivalent experience
-
Self-motivation and self-responsibility the ability to learn quickly and work independently and in a team, with minimum direction
-
Have experience in Onboarding or Customer Relations teams
-
Customer-oriented thinking and giving importance to customer satisfaction
-
Attention to detail, responsible and able to take initiative
-
Can be flexible to work weekends, holidays and/or extended hours as needed
-
Experience in e-commerce or the payment industry is a plus
