Onboarding Specialist

Onboarding Specialist – This position coordinates onboarding activities for agency employees, including planning, preparing, processing, and maintaining all required employment documentation. Ensures all pre-employment and onboarding requirements are completed in a timely manner while providing a positive and welcoming onboarding experience. Collaborates with hiring managers and internal departments to ensure a seamless transition for new employees and maintains accurate records to support compliance and audit requirements.

High School diploma or equivalent required. Preference will be given to experienced applicants, or those with a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

Hourly position: starting wage is $18.70/hour.
