ONBOARDING SPECIALIST/LIFE INSURANCE ADMIN
We are looking for a Catalyst Onboarding Specialist to take our agent acceleration division to the next level. You will work directly with leadership to compress the timeline from recruit to licensed to contracted to producing. This is not a passive administrative position. We are hiring a hungry, organized, and action-oriented DO’er. Managers are where talented people go to die. Some days you will be coordinating exam vendors. Some days you will be solving contracting bottlenecks. Some days you may be the compliance gatekeeper. We need someone with a no job is too small attitude. If you want to get paid to help build a national sales force from the ground up and understand how scalable distribution truly works, this is a rare opportunity. This high-touch role carries real responsibility from day one. You will directly impact revenue by eliminating friction in licensing and contracting. This role is not for someone who craves normal business hours. You should not apply if you dislike urgency, precision, or accountability. You must adapt quickly and wear multiple hats.

$40,000 Base + Bonuses up to $65k (Independent Contractor position)
Must be in office 3 Days per week.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Scottsdale, AZ 85260
