Role Overview

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding new customers through the implementation and adoption of VirtualDojo. You’ll work directly with customers to configure the platform, integrate with systems like Salesforce, and ensure they are set up for long-term success.

This role blends customer success, light technical configuration, and problem-solving.


What You’ll Do
  • Lead onboarding sessions for new customers from kickoff to go-live
  • Configure VirtualDojo environments based on customer needs
  • Assist with Salesforce integrations, data mapping, and basic customization
  • Translate customer requirements into system configurations
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide hands-on support during onboarding
  • Build strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor
  • Create and maintain onboarding documentation and best practices
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve onboarding workflows



What We’re Looking For
  • Experience working with Salesforce (admin-level or strong user experience preferred)
  • Light coding or technical experience (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
  • Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer success
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and organizational skills


Nice to Have
  • Experience with APIs or integrations
  • Familiarity with government contracting (RFQs, GSA, SEWP, etc.)
  • Experience with CRM or quoting tools
  • Basic understanding of databases or data structures
