The Service Provider shall deliver the following services to support the onboarding and work visa process for selected candidates, as and when required by the Company , under a call-off arrangement :
- Collect all necessary onboarding documents in accordance with the Company's standard forms and compliance requirements.
- Endorsement of the candidates to the visa agent for visa processing, including medical examination and result, police criminal check & clearance, and degree attestation if required.
- Support candidates in making payments to the visa agent for all visa-related expenses.
- Ensure timely submission of medical and police criminal and clearance reports to the Company onboarding team.
- Monitor and follow up on candidates' resignation notice periods and confirm last working dates.
- Assist candidates with degree verification processes, including : Qualification Verification Program (QVP), MOSADAQA, and Saudi Council of Engineering (SCE) registration (if required).
- Maintain ongoing communication with the Company onboarding team, visa agent, and candidates.
- Follow up closely with the candidates and the visa agent for work visa application status.
- Provide weekly onboarding progress reports to the Company onboarding team.
