ONCOLOGY CERTIFIED NURSE PRACTITIONER (Part-Time)
Oncology Clinical Research Practice
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical research practice on a part-time basis. This position is responsible for managing and monitoring oncology patients participating in a clinical research study for a designated period of time.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical assessments and follow-up visits for oncology patients enrolled in clinical trials.
- Coordinate patient care according to study protocols and treatment plans.
- Document patient evaluations, treatments, and adverse events in compliance with clinical research regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with Principal Investigators, research coordinators, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, study participation, and ongoing care.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Florida.
- Oncology certification required (AOCNP or equivalent preferred).
- Previous experience in oncology and/or clinical research.
- Knowledge of clinical trial protocols and medical documentation.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
