Royal Bahrain Hospital is looking for a compassionate, experienced, and dedicated Oncology Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide specialized nursing care to oncology patients while ensuring high standards of clinical excellence, patient safety, and compassionate support throughout the treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients receiving treatment
• Administer chemotherapy and other prescribed medications as per protocols
• Monitor patient conditions, treatment responses, and manage side effects
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and supportive care
• Assist physicians during procedures and coordinate multidisciplinary patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and hospital policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Nursing
• Valid nursing license / eligibility to practice
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Oncology Nursing
• Experience in chemotherapy administration preferred
• NHRA eligibility/license preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge, communication, and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
