Oncology - Radiation Physician

Position Overview

We are seeking a Radiation Oncologist to provide full-time locum tenens coverage in Iowa. This role offers the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art cancer center, supported by an experienced clinical and technical team.

Details

• Ongoing 3-6 months assignment with option extend
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
• No call or weekends
• Clinic office / outpatient
• All adult patients
• patients per day on treatment, including weekly visits, follow-ups, and consults
  
• EMR: Aria

Procedures Required

• Conventional Radiotherapy
• 3D Radiotherapy
• External Beam Radiation (IMRT, IGRT, 3D-CRT)
• Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)
• Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS)
• Photon Beam Radiation Therapy
• Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy

Requirements

• Board Certified in Radiation Oncology
• Active Iowa License or IMLC
• Fully COVID-19 Vaccinated
• Availability for 4-week coverage blocks
• Clean Background and Malpractice History
