Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Oncology Rehabilitation Nurse at Rela Hospital in Chennai. The role involves providing specialized nursing care to oncology patients undergoing rehabilitation. Responsibilities include assisting with patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, administering treatments, and providing emotional and physical support. The Oncology Rehabilitation Nurse will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Nursing practices, including patient monitoring and care
• Knowledge of Rehabilitation processes and patient-centered care plans
• Proficiency in Critical Care Medicine to provide support for patients with complex needs
• Strong background in Medicine to assist in diagnostics and treatment
• Experience in Oncology and patient care management is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and medical teams
• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification and relevant certifications
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of professional practice
