As the Lead Teacher for this vibrant age group, you'll create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment where toddlers can explore, learn, and develop important early skills.

In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote sensory, motor, and social development. You’ll be the one to guide little ones through their day, fostering their cognitive growth with stories, songs, and hands-on experiences while also providing loving, consistent care.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who loves early childhood education and is ready to make a big impact on the development of toddlers during one of their most important developmental stages!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement daily lesson plans tailored to the developmental milestones of 1-year-olds.
  • Promote sensory, fine motor, and language development through hands-on activities such as art, music, and guided play.
  • Establish and maintain a warm, welcoming, and safe classroom environment.
  • Foster social and emotional growth by supporting positive interactions between children and encouraging early communication skills.
  • Communicate regularly with parents to update them on their child's progress and any important milestones.
  • Monitor and assess each child's development, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
  • Ensure classroom cleanliness and organization in accordance with safety and health standards.
  • Provide positive reinforcement and model behaviors to help children build self-confidence and independence.

Experience

  • Proven experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably in preschool or daycare environments.
  • Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching methodologies.
  • Familiarity with childhood development theories and practices, including Montessori principles.
  • Experience in behavior management techniques tailored for young learners.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Background in tutoring or teaching subjects such as literacy education or math is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in private schools or specialized programs is a plus. We invite qualified candidates who are passionate about early childhood education to apply for this rewarding opportunity. Join us in making a difference in the lives of young children!
