Online Account Management Specialist

We’re looking for a reliable and detailed oriented who understands how to manage inventory-based stores and drive consistent growth.

This is not a basic product listing role.

You will be responsible for managing products, inventory, and performance.

Responsibilities

Product research for profitable wholesale/stock item

Create and optimize high-converting ecommerce portal listings

Manage inventory levels and stock update

Monitor pricing and adjust for competitiveness & margins

Track order processing and ensure smooth fulfillment

Identify winning products and scale them

Maintain account health (defect rate, late shipments, etc.) - VERY IMPORTANT

What Success Looks Like

Consistent profitable product additions - We have our own list of SKUs

Stable inventory management (no overselling / stock issues)

Improved listing performance (CTR, sales velocity)

Smooth day-to-day operations without constant supervision

Requirements

Proven experience working on ecommerce portal stock / wholesale model

Strong understanding of:

• Product research
• Listing optimization
• Pricing strategies
• Inventory management
• Familiar with tools like:Zik Analytics / Terapeak (or similar)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

This Role is not for you if:

• You need step-by-step instructions for every task
• You’ve never managed inventory-based ecommerce stores
• If you can not physically come to the office
