Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Architect with experience in landscape and horticulture-based projects. The ideal candidate will design functional and aesthetic outdoor spaces, coordinate with clients and site teams, and ensure the successful execution of projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design detailed landscape architecture plans and drawings.
• Collaborate with horticulturists, engineers, and site supervisors on project layouts.
• Prepare 2D and 3D visual presentations, sketches, and BOQs.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety, and environmental standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet design deadlines.
• Conduct site visits when necessary to monitor implementation and quality.
• Present design ideas and revisions to clients for approval.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and related design software.
• Experience in landscape or horticulture-based design projects preferred.
• Strong visualization, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 100,000 (based on experience),
• or
• Commission-based: On projects assigned, as mutually decided during the interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Faisalabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Landscape Architect: 2 years (Preferred)

Location:

• Faisalabad (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
