Online Bidder Specialist

Female required for this position

Night Shift from 9PM to 5AM (One hour fixed break time 1PM to 2PM)

Must have experience in Contra, Up works

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business and secure projects through online platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru.
• Analyze and understand client project requirements.
• Write and submit competitive, tailored proposals and bids.
• Communicate with prospective clients to negotiate project terms and close deals.
• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project feasibility and successful delivery.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain records of bidding activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Contra
• Proven experience in online bidding and client interaction.
• Familiarity with various online bidding platforms.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.
