Online Business Development & Growth

We are seeking a proactive Business Development & Growth Specialist to drive our company’s expansion by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing client relationships. This role requires constant internet research, strategic outreach, and a data-driven approach to business development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, CRM management, and digital outreach (LinkedIn, email campaigns, etc.).

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Internet Research: Constantly browse the internet to identify potential clients, market trends, and business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Scrape and analyze data from platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and industry-specific portals to build a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Outreach: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and cold outreach to engage potential clients and showcase our offerings.
  • Bid Placement: Actively place bids on platforms like Upwork and other job portals to secure new projects.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Client Communication: Engage with prospects and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange and facilitate business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Relationship Retention: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their evolving needs are met.

3. Digital Marketing & CRM

  • Email Marketing: Design and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • CRM Management: Use CRM tools to track interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales funnels.
  • Social Media Strategy: Leverage LinkedIn and other social platforms to build brand awareness and generate leads.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking: Report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in business development, lead generation, or sales roles (preferably in tech/IT).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and data scraping.
  • Experience with Upwork, remote job portals, and bid placement.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Languages: Professional proficiency in English (required); additional languages (e.g., Urdu) are a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with B2B sales, business strategy, and process improvement.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems, library management tools, or similar projects (based on personal projects).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote/part-time setting.
