Job Description:

The Online Business Supervisor (Delivery) will be responsible for managing and supervising project delivery activities across multiple Online business platforms within the Virtual Business Consultancy. The role focuses on ensuring the timely, accurate, and value-driven delivery of consulting and valuation projects. This position requires strong analytical, supervisory, and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and maintain a high standard of client service.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations of online project delivery teams within consulting functions.
  • Ensure efficient execution and timely delivery of valuation and financial consulting assignments.
  • Support the Manager Online Platform in monitoring project progress, quality control, and performance metrics.
  • Oversee data collection, financial modeling, and analysis for valuation projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, tax, and consulting) to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, project logs, and status reports for internal and client communication.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance delivery efficiency and accuracy.
  • Review and validate financial data, assumptions, and models used in valuation reports.
  • Assist in developing templates, checklists, and standard operating procedures for delivery functions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and client expectations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong background in valuation, financial modeling, or consulting.
  • Experience with M&A support, business valuation, or online platform management preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and cloud-based business tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Prior experience with U.S.-based clients will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks, financial software, or CRM tools is a plus.
