Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels in various countries, with a focus on PPC, social media advertising (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and programmatic ad buys
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools and CRM such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Ads Manager and Hubspot
  • Develop and maintain performance reports, ensuring clear communication of campaign results and learnings to stakeholders
  • Allocate budgets effectively, optimize campaigns, and conduct thorough performance analyses.
  • Conduct A/B testing on various campaign elements to continuously improve conversion rates and other key performance metrics
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing


Additional Qualification and Skills:

  • 1+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing, ideally with B2B or Performance/Lead gen brands.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. - Strong proficiency with online ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Knowledgeable about Google Analytics, Hubspot, and Data Studio.
  • Familiarity with data processing tools like Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Outstanding communication skills for effective stakeholder management
  • Certification in Google Marketing Platform or equivalent is a plus
