Duties and Responsibilities at Faros Counseling Services:

• Telehealth Coordination: Facilitate the seamless delivery of Online Therapy by managing virtual video sessions and helping clients navigate telehealth technology.
• Intake & Assessment Support: Assist with the initial client intake process, ensuring that preliminary information regarding personal challenges—such as codependency, infidelity, or neurodiversity (e.g., late-diagnosed Autism)—is accurately captured for the clinical team.
• Insurance & Billing Liaison: Verify insurance eligibility for major plans (e.g., Aetna, BCBS, Cigna) and communicate competitive self-pay rates to prospective clients.
• Multi-Channel Inquiry Management: Respond professionally to non-urgent inquiries via phone, email, and digital forms, maintaining a supportive and non-judgmental tone.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as a "concierge-level" point of contact, tailoring communication to each client's unique life context and treatment goals.
• Scheduling & Follow-ups: Manage provider calendars for individual, couples, and family therapy, ensuring timely appointments and proactive check-ins on treatment progress.
• HIPAA Documentation: Maintain strict confidentiality and follow HIPAA standards when updating Electronic Health Records (EHR) and processing sensitive mental health documentation.
