Duties

• Act as the primary online representative for our casino and sports betting platforms, engaging with players through live chat, social media, and other digital channels
• Promote responsible gaming practices by educating players on safe betting habits and company policies
• Manage guest interactions by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing tailored assistance to enhance their experience
• Supervise team members involved in customer service or community management, ensuring high standards of professionalism and engagement
• Monitor gameplay for signs of problem gambling or suspicious activity, escalating issues as necessary
• Handle cash transactions accurately when applicable, including deposits, withdrawals, and account adjustments
• Lead initiatives to boost player engagement through promotions, events, and personalized communication strategies

Requirements

• Proven management or supervising experience in a customer service or gaming environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
• Extensive knowledge of casino games and sports betting operations
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to manage conflicts calmly and professionally while maintaining a positive atmosphere
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
• Experience in guest services within a casino or similar entertainment setting is highly desirable
• Familiarity with online platforms, social media engagement, and digital communication tools
