We are seeking a talented, energetic, knowledgeable and accomplished Online Channel Manager to manage and grow our Online Business, with Amazon.com and other national online retailers such as Walmart.com, Flat River and Spreetail, etc.
Key Functions and Responsibilities:
Successfully manage online channel (e.g., Amazon.com, Flat River, Walmart.com, Spreetail) growing the businesses annually to agreed company plan, including front line communication and interaction with account, new item set-up (data, images, videos, etc.), maintenance of item pages, creation and maintenance of brand page, create, develop, and implement appropriate promotional campaigns, etc. Specifically:
- Develop detailed annual online channel business plan
- Develop positive, productive and professional relationship with each account at multiple levels and touch points
- Partner with Reeves’ Marketing / Product management, developing and driving insights across the online channel landscape and turn into actionable plans
- Develop, execute and manage overall marketing, advertising and promotional plan and budget for each brand for each online retailer, selecting appropriate products and promotions to optimize campaigns and overall business, in particular, on Amazon, with subsequent performance analysis, (including ROI determination) and other learnings.
- Partner with Marketing and Creative to ensure high quality, content rich, brand appropriate, consistent presence and presentation of brand page and products on each retailer platform,
- Own operational excellence with online site(s) (supply, content, listings, forecasting) including set up and day-to-day management of items, managing and addressing daily requests, and working closely with internal cross-functional teams
- Develop and update as required detailed unit sales plan by quarter by customer/online retailer for each product
- Coordinate with Reeves’ Customer Service and Inventory Management depts and customer buying teams to ensure consistent high quality fulfillment performance
- In partnership with Marketing, Product, Supply and Finance, develop, update and maintain item sales forecast and plan. Manage item level forecasting and planning by customer and retail demand
- P&L responsibility for online channel overall and specific online customers
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum 5 years successful Online Channel / Online Account management including Amazon.com
- Track record of business development and growth
- Solid knowledge, understanding and ability to analyze online marketplace trends and data and translate into relevancy, action, and sales
- Ability to work effectively independently, within a team and with cross functional departments
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (in particular Excel) as well as Amazon Vendor Central
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to travel as required (approx. 10%)
