Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through live chat platforms, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Utilize strong sales skills to promote products or services when appropriate, enhancing customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry into CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during outbound calls or follow-up interactions when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues efficiently and improve overall service quality.
• Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail.

Experience

• Previous experience in call center environments or online customer support roles is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume chat interactions with efficiency and professionalism.
• Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed; familiarity with Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities in English plus additional languages are a significant advantage.
• Experience in sales or upselling techniques can enhance customer engagement efforts.
• Knowledge of data entry procedures, cash handling (if applicable), and analysis skills are beneficial.

Pay: $22.50 - $27.10 per hour
