We are seeking a dedicated and articulate Online Chat Agent to join our team. This is a FULL_TIME, remote position focused entirely on text-based communication, with no phone calls required. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our online visitors, providing exceptional customer service, answering inquiries about our services, and generating qualified leads for our sales and project teams. You will play a crucial role in representing our brand and ensuring a positive experience for every client from the very first interaction.

Responsibilities

 

• Engage professionally and efficiently with prospective and existing clients via our live chat platform.
• Provide accurate information regarding our design-build, construction, and interior design services.
• Answer questions about our processes for both residential and commercial projects.
• Qualify leads by gathering key project details and client contact information.
• Address and resolve customer queries, or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all chat interactions in our CRM system.
• Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes and website user experience.

Qualifications

 

• Proven experience in a customer service, administrative, or online support role.
• Exceptional written communication skills with a strong command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• A customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to help people.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Previous experience in the construction, architecture, or design industry is highly desirable but not essential.
• Proficiency with computers and familiarity with CRM or live chat software is an advantage.
