Online Chat Specialist (E/L)

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
• Troubleshoot customer issues and offer effective solutions
• Escalate complex problems to appropriate departments when necessary
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions
• Document customer interactions and feedback in internal systems
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service or chat support experience is a plus
• Excellent written communication and typing skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Comfortable using multiple systems and tools simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote workspace

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM or live chat platforms
• Ability to handle multiple chats concurrently
• Familiarity with remote work tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.)

Pay: $51,118.86 - $61,562.49 per year
