What You'll Do:

Respond to patient and client inquiries in real time via our online chat platform

Provide accurate information on medical services, appointments, billing, and general support

Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with professionalism and accuracy

Log and document all chat interactions in our support and CRM systems

Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team or department

Deliver a warm, helpful, and professional experience in every interaction

Adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality policies
What We're Looking For:

1+ year of online chat or customer service experience

Strong written communication and grammar skills

Typing speed of 45+ WPM with accuracy

Ability to manage multiple chats at once calmly and efficiently

Comfortable with chat platforms, CRM tools, and digital systems

Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet dedicated workspace

Medical or healthcare background is a plus but not required
