Our legal consultancy office is looking for a System Agent with strong experience in handling court and notary procedures across the UAE.

Key Requirements:

• Hands-on experience working with Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi court systems.
• Strong knowledge of notary services and related legal procedures.
• Ability to manage case filings, follow-ups, and online system submissions efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in a law firm or legal consultancy is an advantage.

Role Overview:
The System Agent will be responsible for managing online legal filings, tracking case progress, handling notary transactions, and supporting our legal team with system-based operations across multiple Emirates
