Online Customer Support

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Online Customer Support Specialist to manage customer inquiries across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, social media, and online platforms
  • Handle customer complaints, returns, and refund requests in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate product and service information to customers
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, warehouse) to resolve issues
  • Monitor and manage orders, deliveries, and customer feedback
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships
  • Support online sales platforms (e.g., marketplace accounts) when required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or online support (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online systems
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an advantage
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
