Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently input a high volume of data from various sources into our company databases.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of data by comparing it to source documents.
• Review and correct data for errors, discrepancies, or missing information.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of all company and client information.
• Organise and maintain files and records to ensure data is easily accessible.
• Collaborate with our US-based Lending Specialists and other team members to ensure seamless data flow.
• Generate reports and retrieve data from the database as requested by the management team.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in a data input, data entry, or similar administrative role.
• Exceptional typing speed and a high degree of accuracy.
• An outstanding level of attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with data management software.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• A reliable and self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further qualifications will be considered an advantage.
