Duties

• Deliver live, interactive online English lessons to students of various ages, backgrounds, and proficiency levels
• Develop and adapt curriculum materials to meet individual learner needs, including literacy education, special education considerations, and preschool experience
• Utilize cutting-edge learning technology to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement
• Manage virtual classrooms effectively by maintaining a positive learning environment and encouraging active participation
• Assess student progress regularly through quizzes, assignments, and feedback sessions, adjusting teaching strategies accordingly
• Support students with diverse learning needs by applying classroom management techniques and personalized tutoring approaches
• Collaborate with program coordinators to plan lesson sequences, set achievable goals, and incorporate cultural relevance into instruction

Qualifications

• Proven experience in teaching English as a Second Language, including classroom experience or online tutoring roles
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, and literacy education strategies
• Familiarity with learning technology platforms and tools used for remote instruction
• Background in working with children, adult language education, or preschool settings is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and connect with students of all ages
• Ability to manage virtual classrooms effectively while supporting diverse learning styles and needs
• Prior experience in special education or working with students requiring additional support is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $101.47 - $122.20 per hour
