Online English Teacher

English Studio, a reputed online English learning academy based in Kochi, Kerala, is looking for a young, fluent, and motivated female professional to join our team as a Freelance English Instructor & Admissions Agent.

About the Role

The selected candidate will work closely with English Studio’s online teaching and marketing team to:

• Generate admissions for our Spoken and Communicative English courses.
• Conduct online English sessions (1–2 hours per session) using our pre-developed materials and structured learning systems.
• Contribute to content creation (reels, photos, posts) for our established social media platforms.
• Actively engage with other profiles, pages, and communities on Instagram and Facebook to increase visibility and drive more leads to our business handles.
• (This includes liking, commenting, and replying on relevant posts, particularly engaging with audiences under 30.)

English Studio currently has a vibrant online presence with over 60 educational and promotional videos, regular YouTube promotions, and growing activity across all major social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Promote and market English Studio’s Spoken & Communicative English courses across India and abroad.
• Conduct 1–2 hour interactive online sessions, scheduled at student convenience.
• Increase engagement through active participation on English Studio’s Instagram and Facebook pages — liking, commenting, replying, and interacting to attract potential students.
• Access and manage official social media accounts using provided login credentials to grow traffic organically.
• Create and appear in short videos or photos to support marketing activities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm both online and offline.

Who We’re Looking For

• Female candidate, under 25 years old, and based in Kochi, Kerala (mandatory).
• Graduate in any discipline, but with excellent English fluency and strong grammar skills.
• (Not suitable for those pursuing offline graduation due to time flexibility needed for classes.)
• Tech-savvy, socially active, and confident on camera.

• Must own a laptop, have stable internet, and a quiet environment for online classes.
• Must be comfortable with social media engagement, content posting, and interacting with large online audiences.
• Passionate about helping students improve communication for careers in BPO, IT, and other high-paying sectors that demand fluency in English.Compensation

• Purely commission-based (no fixed salary).
• Earn 50% of every student admission fee you bring in.
• Minimum potential earning: ₹25,000+ per month.
• All content (photos/videos) created under English Studio will be owned by the company, and compensation for these activities is included in the commission.
• Long-term opportunity: Exceptional freelancers may be offered a permanent paid position after 1 year based on performance and reliability.
