Role Overview

We are looking for a full-time Student Engagement & Success Manager based in Mumbai.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring students remain engaged throughout the program, attend live sessions, complete assignments, and achieve measurable learning progress.

This role involves live session management, student tracking, performance monitoring, and academic delivery.

Key Responsibilities1. Live Session Management

• Conduct and moderate Zoom sessions
• Run polls, quizzes, breakout rooms, and structured activities
• Encourage participation from all students
• Maintain discipline and structure in large group sessions

2. Assignment & Performance Tracking

• Track student video assignment submissions
• Review assignments and provide clear feedback
• Maintain performance tracking sheets
• Follow up with inactive students

3. Course Completion Monitoring

• Monitor progress of recorded modules
• Identify low-engagement students
• Send reminders and engagement follow-ups

4. Community Engagement

• Organize weekly speaking activities
• Conduct quizzes and structured challenges
• Encourage student participation
• Support a professional and active learning environment

5. Academic Delivery

• Conduct Spoken English training sessions
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, and sentence formation
• Provide corrective feedback constructively
• Ensure students get adequate speaking practice

Performance Metrics

Performance will be evaluated based on:

• Student engagement rate
• Assignment submission percentage
• Course completion rate
• Student feedback
• Participation levels

Required Qualifications

• Mumbai-based candidate
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confident public speaking skills
• Experience handling large Zoom sessions (100+ participants)
• Strong knowledge of Zoom features (polls, breakout rooms, moderation tools)
• Comfortable with Google Sheets and tracking tools
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience in EdTech, online coaching, or training
• Experience managing student engagement or success programs
• Experience handling online learning communities
