Summary of the Role

Deliver engaging online English classes for students in Grades 2–8, ensuring strong learning outcomes, student retention, and parent satisfaction through high-quality teaching and interaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct live online English classes for Grades 2–8.
• Engage students through interactive teaching methods and active participation.
• Answer student questions and manage virtual classroom behavior.
• Track student progress, attendance, and learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior teachers for demos and paid classes.
• Maintain high training participation and performance standards.
• Support student retention through effective student and parent engagement.
• Promote educational content on personal social media platforms (optional).
  
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field (B.Ed / B.A preferred).
• TESOL / TEFL / TESL certification (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of English teaching experience (online or school-based).
• Knowledge of English proficiency standards (CEFR, IELTS, TOEFL).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Classroom engagement and student relationship management.
• Virtual classroom management and online teaching proficiency.

• Online teaching or ed-tech experience.
• Experience teaching primary or middle school students.

Additional Information

• Availability Requirements: Minimum 4 hours daily availability between 3 PM – 9 PM.
• Weekend availability with one weekday off.
