Online Fashion Marketplace Operations - Bilingual Korean Req.

We are a fast-growing fashion retail marketplace based in Los Angeles, connecting U.S. fast fashion brands with retailers and consumers. As our platform scales, we're looking for someone who can bridge the gap between sharp operational instincts and hands-on marketplace management, someone who understands the mechanics of running a high-performing online retail business.

Role overview

You will manage day-to-day operational workflows that keep our platform running smoothly while actively supporting and following up with vendors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and comfortable navigating both platform operations and relationship management.

What you'll do

Marketplace operations

• Manage end-to-end product listing workflows — onboarding, updates, categorization, and quality control across the platform.
• Oversee daily marketplace operations including product data accuracy, inventory coordination, and vendor/brand communication.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks; build and refine scalable processes as the platform grows.
• Track and report on platform performance metrics, supporting data-driven decisions across teams.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and brand partners to ensure smooth product launches and promotional execution.

Vendor support & follow-up

• Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors and brand partners — responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong working relationships.
• Proactively follow up with vendors on outstanding items such as product submissions, inventory updates, content approvals, and promotional commitments.
• Onboard new vendors onto the platform, providing guidance on listing requirements, platform standards, and operational workflows.
• Monitor vendor performance and compliance, flagging gaps and working collaboratively to address them.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with buying, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure vendor needs are met and timelines are on track.

What we're looking for

• 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, online retail, vendor management, or a related field.
• Experience with marketplace or e-commerce platform operations — listing management, workflow coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong vendor communication and follow-up skills; comfortable managing relationships and holding partners accountable.
• Comfortable working with sales data and basic analytics to evaluate performance and make informed decisions.
• Bilingual in Korean and English required.
