Online Food Delivery Manager

Job Summary
We are a fast-growing food and hospitality group expanding to approximately 10 brands. We are seeking an experienced Online Food Ordering Accounts Manager to lead and scale our online presence, driving sales, visibility, and brand performance across major delivery platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and enhance brand performance on Talabat,Noon,Deliveroo,Careem,Keeta,Smiles and other online ordering platforms
  • Manage platform accounts end-to-end, including listings, menus, pricing, visuals, promotions, advertising, and analytics
  • Drive online revenue growth, conversion rates, and platform rankings
  • Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and new brand launches across platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand positioning and execution
  • Monitor KPIs, analyse insights, and continuously optimise performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with Talabat,Noon,Deliveroo,Careem,Keeta,Smiles (restaurant group, brand, or platform side)
  • Strong experience in building food brands and scaling online business performance
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple brands or accounts
  • Highly analytical, growth-focused, and ownership-driven mindset
