Role Overview

Are you comfortable navigating online marketplaces like Upwork and Freelancer.com? We’re looking for motivated and proactive individuals to join our team as Upwork/ Freelancer.com Bidders. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying potential projects, communicating with clients, and securing new business opportunities that help the company grow.

Responsibilities

• Write clear and persuasive proposals on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.com.
• Identify potential leads, communicate with clients, and negotiate project details.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Actively search for and bid on relevant projects on Upwork/Freelancer.com.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong negotiation skills and a client-focused mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Previous experience with online bidding platforms (especially Upwork/Freelancer.com) is preferred.
