Online French Instructors Needed to Teach to Global Companies

Get your foot in the door with Workplace Languages! My name is Ed Rosheim of a company called Workplace Languages - https://www.WorkplaceLanguages.com - based in the Twin Cities. We specialize in online and onsite language training for companies throughout the US, translations and multilingual voiceovers as well as creating work-specific functional bilingual training tools.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, qualified and experienced Online French Instructors to teach Online French Cohorts + 1:1 Online Coaching / Tutoring Sessions for Companies over Microsoft Teams. Our courses are only as good as our instructors. We are looking for a highly-qualified superb teachers. If you are not familiar with Microsoft Teams, please don't apply for this position.

Must have an MA in French.

Workplace Languages will provide curriculum but we are looking for an instructor who can develop & customize materials that meets the specific needs of the participants and the company.

Requirements:

• Please submit both a cover letter + resume.
• Must have an MA in French. If you do not, you will not be considered.
• You must know Microsoft Teams.
• We are looking for French instructors. Various days & times available.
• You will be asked to develop & teach an online lesson to one of our representatives.
• Please state teaching availability beginning mid-March 2026. Please list your time zone too.
• All classes are online. Must have strong Internet Connection.

Workplace Languages will pay $80 per hour for the Online French Cohorts (typically 6 to 12 participants / employees). We will pay $70 per hour for 1:1 Online French Coaching (Tutoring). We will also pay for a new-teacher orientation.

We will pay 1/3 of the total amount upfront to the instructor, then another 1/3 at the halfway point & the remaining 1/3 at the conclusion of the course.

There is some paperwork / administrative to be completed by the instructor. Samples / Templates are provided for everything.

The successful candidates will be able to create an engaging and productive learning environment and meet the specific language needs of the participants.

You must have at least a MA in French & you must know Microsoft Teams.
