Online Marketing Executive

We are hiring a digital marketing expert skilled in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, YouTube Ads, and SEO to join our in-house marketing team.

This is a full-time, office-based role — ideal for someone who wants to take ownership of digital growth, run performance-driven campaigns, and strengthen our online presence organically and through paid media.

Note: Freelancers, part-timers, or marketing agencies — please do not apply. This is strictly a full-time, in-office position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads

• Plan, create, and optimize paid campaigns for lead generation and brand visibility.
• Define audiences, objectives, and budgets to maximize ROI.
• Create engaging ad copies, creatives, and A/B test variations.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager.

2. YouTube Ads

• Develop and manage YouTube advertising campaigns via Google Ads.
• Identify target audiences, keywords, and placements for optimal reach.
• Coordinate with the creative team to produce effective video ads.
• Track performance metrics (CTR, CPV, conversions) and optimize campaigns.

3. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Manage on-page and off-page optimization strategies.
• Improve website ranking, organic traffic, and visibility.
• Track performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
