Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketer to elevate our online presence and drive impactful marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and social media channels to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research using SEO tools to identify opportunities for organic growth and paid search success.
  • Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine visibility (SEO) and conversion rates through A/B testing and conversion optimization techniques.
  • Manage content creation efforts, including writing compelling copy, designing graphics with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite, and maintaining content management systems like WordPress.
  • Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and user behavior using Google Analytics, SQL queries, and other analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop targeted email marketing campaigns leveraging marketing automation platforms to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
  • Implement SEM strategies using Google AdWords/Google Ads to drive qualified traffic and maximize ROI.
  • Oversee social media management by creating engaging posts, managing ad campaigns on Facebook and other platforms, and monitoring audience interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals, especially within e-commerce or B2B contexts.
  • Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO best practices, and emerging technologies to keep campaigns innovative and effective.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of SEO tools, SEM strategies, social media marketing, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in SEO techniques including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads/Google AdWords campaigns as well as Facebook Advertising platforms.
  • Skilled in website management using WordPress or other content management systems; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
  • Strong graphic design skills utilizing Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite for visual content development.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools for email campaigns and lead nurturing processes.
  • Ability to analyze data using SQL or similar tools to derive actionable insights for campaign improvements.
  • Excellent copywriting skills tailored for diverse digital channels including social media posts, blogs, email newsletters, and ad copy.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and B2B marketing strategies is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
