Job Title: Online Marketing Professional
Job Summary:
The Online Marketing Professional is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the company’s digital marketing activities to increase brand awareness, drive online traffic, and generate sales. This role will focus on optimizing the company’s online presence across digital platforms, including websites, social media, and e-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and improve website performance, SEO, and user experience.
- Coordinate with the social media team to ensure consistent online branding and messaging.
- Analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
- Plan and execute online promotions, email marketing campaigns, and e-commerce marketing activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and design) to ensure alignment of online campaigns with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital or online marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and online advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and online sales optimization.
- Basic knowledge of content creation and digital design tools.
- Experience working in retail, beauty, or FMCG industries is an advantage.
