Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Online Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our team in Montebello, CA. This in-person position focuses on social media advertising, content creation, SEO, Google AdWords optimization, and WordPress website updates.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize Google AdWords campaigns (search, display, remarketing).
• Run paid social ads on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Design graphics, product photos, and short-form videos.
• Maintain consistent posting schedules and monitor engagement.
• Update and optimize website content in WordPress.
• Improve SEO through keywords, metadata, and on-page optimization.
• Track performance using Google Analytics and reporting tools.

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Must have strong experience optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
• Experience with Meta Ads, SEO, and keyword research.
• Graphic and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
• WordPress experience required.
• Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail.

Preferred (Not Required)

• Shopify experience
• Photography/videography skills
• Spanish bilingual

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-time, in-person
• Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM
• Located in Montebello, CA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
