Online Marketplace Performance Marketing Specialist

ROLE PURPOSE

We’re a fast-growing beauty e-commerce brand, and we’re looking for Marketplace Performance Marketing Specialist. Your job will be to own, scale and protect our marketplace revenue across Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Flipkart and Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, etc.) while maintaining strict profitability discipline.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1️ AMAZON PRIMARY OWNERSHIP

• Own end-to-end Amazon Ads performance
• Maintain:
• ROAS ≥ 3–4
• ACOS ≤ 20%
• Plan and execute keyword, product, category & display campaigns
• Continuously optimize bids, placements, search terms & negatives
• Scale profitable campaigns while killing waste

2️ AMAZON ORGANIC & SEO GROWTH

• Own Amazon SEO hygiene:
• Backend keywords
• Titles, bullets, A+ content
• Search ranking improvement
• Drive organic visibility & sales velocity
• Maintain high CTR and conversion rate

3️ AMAZON STORE & LISTING MANAGEMENT

• Manage:
• Brand Storefront
• New SKU onboarding
• Listing content optimization
• Image, A+ and video updates
• Ensure fast go-live for launches & offers

4️ MULTI-PLATFORM ADS OWNERSHIP

Manage & scale:

• Nykaa Ads
• Myntra Ads
• Flipkart Ads
• Blinkit / Zepto Ads
• Maintain platform-wise ROAS, CAC and margin discipline

5 DATA, DASHBOARDS & INSIGHTS

Maintain SKU-wise profitability dashboards, identify drop-offs, waste, and scaling opportunities and track:

• ROAS
• ACOS
• CAC
• Conversion rates

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years hands-on marketplace ads experience
• Proven ROAS & ACOS delivery
• Strong command on Amazon Ads Console, Keyword mining, SEO ranking mechanics, Listing optimization
• Data-driven mindset
• Ability to scale while protecting margins

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
