<Duties>

• Utilize advanced learning technology platforms to facilitate interactive lessons, virtual labs, dissection simulations, and multimedia presentations.
• Assess student progress through assignments, standardized testing preparation, and formative evaluations; provide constructive feedback to support growth.
• Mentor students individually or in groups to enhance understanding of complex concepts such as biochemistry, genetics, microbiology, and cell biology.
• Manage virtual classrooms effectively by implementing behavior management strategies and maintaining an engaging learning environment.
• Collaborate with educational administrators to ensure instructional quality, participate in training sessions on instructional design, and contribute to research initiatives aimed at improving online teaching methodologies.

<Experience>

• Proven experience teaching physics or related sciences at the higher education or secondary school level in an online or classroom setting.
• Strong background in physics topics including trigonometry, calculus, geometry, organic chemistry, molecular biology, microbiology, genetics, and biochemistry.
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional design tailored for virtual learning environments.
• Familiarity with learning technology tools such as virtual labs, digital whiteboards, video conferencing platforms, and library services for research support.
• Experience working with diverse student populations including those requiring special education accommodations or behavioral management strategies.
• Prior classroom management experience combined with excellent communication skills to motivate students and foster a positive learning atmosphere.
• Knowledge of standardized testing procedures and tutoring techniques to prepare students for academic assessments effectively.
