Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Online Platform & Business Development Executive to manage end-to-end online operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will handle online platforms, listing management, customer engagement, lead generation, and overall business development activities.
Key Responsibilities: Online Platform Management
- Manage end-to-end operations on online platforms/portals (e.g., company website, e-commerce portals, job portals, CRM tools, etc.)
- Create, update, and maintain product/service listings.
- Ensure accurate content, pricing, availability, and timely updates.
- Monitor platform performance and analytics.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
- Generate leads through online/offline channels and convert them into business.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and follow-ups with clients.
- Assist in developing growth strategies based on market trends.
Customer & Sales Coordination
- Handle customer queries from all online platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, service delivery, and closure.
- Maintain records of leads, client communication, and sales data.
Marketing & Content Support
- Assist with digital marketing activities like social media posts, basic SEO, ads coordination, and email campaigns.
- Support in creating promotional content, product descriptions, and online marketing materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Prior experience in online platform management or business development.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of online tools, CRM, and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks end-to-end.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
